A: To protect your privacy, all email addresses submitted via the form have been permanently deleted. Your votes are still saved, but they are, as before, completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

A: We store all your data until your case is resolved, to make sure we can help you. Once it is resolved, your email address is deleted from Google Forms, but please note the conversation may still be saved by our email provider (Proton Mail).

A: Yes. Please contact us via Instagram or our support page, and we will remove your information from the public page. Please note we keep your information for 30 days after this, in case you want to recover it. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.
